While his official role is keeping the drinks flowing at Dallas’s most legendary drag stage, to the patrons who see him every weekend, he is the keeper of the flame. Four decades in these rooms have made Sandy something rare: a bartender who knows every face that walks through the door and who treats your night out like the most important one of the week. He is deeply devoted to his Caven family, and that gratitude shows in every drink he pours. With a sharp suit and a welcoming smile, Sandy’s mission is simple: to give you the best experience you’ll ever have. The Rose Room just wouldn’t be the Rose Room without him.
